• Practice autonomously in the best interest of the patient without corporate interference.
• Reimbursement up to $240/hour for clinical medication management, organized per code, with options for 20 or 30-minute follow-ups.
• Option to supervise Nurse Practitioners at $300 per APN per month.
• Work as part of growing teams with multiple therapists and prescribers.
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings to discuss cases and clinical topics.
• Work from home with flexible days and hours; team meetings are virtual.
• Compensation based on patient and code billed; full-time clinicians receive medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance.
• Collaborate actively with therapists and prescribers to coordinate patient care.

Job Requirements:

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted medical license.
• Maintain a positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong patient-relations skills.
• Significant experience as a Psychiatrist is preferred but not required.

Hourly salary range: $130$240 USD
