***This is a commission based (1099) role

Our agency is based in IL but also operate in WI, VA, TX, FL & CA

Helping families prepare for the future, building strong client relationships, and becoming a trusted figure in your community—all while earning uncapped commissions and creating a career you’re proud of.

Responsibilities

• Help families understand and enroll in Final Expense Life Insurance policies
• Educate clients on their options in a compassionate, respectful manner
• Build your client base independently or through company-provided leads
• Maintain regular follow-up and provide excellent customer service
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity
• Collaborate with team leaders and attend virtual or in-person trainings as needed

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a state Life Insurance License (ask us about licensing reimbursement opportunities)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Sales experience preferred but not required – we provide full training
• Strong communication, people skills, and a willingness to learn
